登入頁也改成單一焦點表單，讓使用者一進來就知道該做什麼。

Access model
角色仍分 participant、researcher 與 admin。
demo authparticipant / researcher / admin
Participant 會看到任務對話頁與 study flow。
Researcher 會看到 phase、participants、exports 與 review 入口。
Admin 則負責權限與系統層級設定。
